This week with TTR: Congrats Chisato, Carlos and Brian!
Hi friends,
We mentioned last week how a group of TTR runners joined the Jangsutrail Race in South Korea and what a race it was! Chisato was the first woman to end the 70km race and Carlos was the third man, while Brian arrived fourth on the 100km (right after finishing TOR!). Congratulations!
In more mundane affairs, temperatures still remain quite high so we'll stick to shorter and easier runs for now, with a repeat of the kakigori run in Takao and last week's spider lilies event in Saitama. Both runs will be held on Saturday morning. See you there!

From Takao station (NOT Takaosanguchi) we'll take a flat, riverside trail before steadily climbing to Kobotoke-Shiroyama.
After a refreshing Kakigori at the top, we'll descend down to Sagami lake and the station
(Optional onsen at Sagami resort https://www.sagamiko-resort.jp/spa/)
