Let's enjoy runnable trails, views and culture! We will start in Ogose station at 10.45 and end in Ogose station around 13.00. This Easy course is 14km long, with an elevation gain of 500 m, and is open to 30 participants.
**Course is suitable for anyone who can run 10K at a reasonable pace without stoppingVery runnable trails around Mt. Otakatori, with superb views of Tokyo in the distance. We begin at a local "Enma Festival" where we will stop and take some photos (Enma is the King of Hell!). Feel free to purchase food or souvenirs.At the finish of the run you have the option of going to beautiful O Park Spa (a heavenly finish!) or heading back to Tokyo via Ogose Station. There are lockers and services at the station. Meet in front of the only exit.Onsen Link:

👟 Trail running shoes required.
💧 Bring at least 1 liter of water (there are vending machines along the way).
🗄 The run starts and ends at the same station, which has lockers you may use and share.
♨ If you wish, you can use a nearby hot spring after the finish.
⚠ To avoid startling hikers on the course, do not run straight through, but stop to greet and pass them. Greet other trail runners as well.

Let's enjoy long distances on runnable hills! We will start in Musashi Itsukaichi station at 8.00 and end in Sagamiko station around 16.00. This Upper intermediate course is 40km long, with an elevation gain of 2800 m, and is open to 15 participants.
Meet us at Musashi Itsukaichi at 8:00, from where we will steadily climb towards Hinode-san along the very runnable Konpira ridge. We will continue enjoying runnable single track bonanza towards Mitake and Oodake-san, after which we'll drop down to Akigawa valley, along a steep trail that will take us along a few waterfalls - will anyone brave the winter and dare to temper their spirit under the water? From Hinohara village, we'll continue South towards Jimba-san, along a forestry ridge not devoid of a tiring repetition of pointless ups and downs. After the mandatory pictures with the horse on the summit, we will descend to Sagamiko station.We will keep a steady pace, aiming to jog the runnable uphills. If you are unsure whether you can keep the pace, please contact the organiser. There are plenty of options to drop out in case you get too tired: from Hinode (10 km, 770 m+) you can go to Tsurutsuru onsen, from Mitake (13 km, 900 m+) you can run down the trails or take the cablecar, or from Hinohara village (22 km, 1450 m+) you can take the bus towards Musashi Itsukaichi. If you stick until the end, it will be about 40 km with 2,800 m of elevation gain.Start and finish are far apart, please carry all your belongings with you.Please carry appropriate clothes for running in the mountains in winter, sufficient food, and at least one liter of water.

Let's enjoy a beautiful picnic with fun runs! We will start in Takao station at 09.30 and end in Takao station around 15.00.
The All levels course is 14km long, with an elevation gain of 700 m, and is open to 30 participants, with an additional 10km +700m loop available to those interested.
For the initial 7 km climb we will split in multiple groups, from fast runners to hikers and families.
After reaching Mt. Kagenobu and setting up our big tarp, we will enjoy a picnic together (please bring your favorite foods and drinks!)
Finally, we have planned a 10km loop around the mountain to be enjoyed as a group run or a relay race, depending on interest.
